Team: 2 Physicians and 3 PAs, with plan to hire 2 more MD/DOs to be fully staffed Minimal outpatient office work (2 days per month on average) with about 12 patients per day on outpatient days Role is mostly endoscopy and in-patient rounding ERCP possible if there is interest Volume: inpatient - 6-10 that PAs help with and 10-15 endoscopies a day.
