Job Title: Locum Tenens Clinical Neuropsychologist Location: Washington State, Oak Harbor Area Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join the Neuroscience institute. This locum tenens position offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative clinical neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation team. The team is dedicated to providing neuropsychological evaluations and neurorehabilitation for patients with various neurologic conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evidence-based neuropsychological evaluations, including the administration and interpretation of a wide range of neuropsychological tests. Collaborate with neurologists, physiatrists, and other specialists for patients with cognitive and neurobehavioral impairment. Perform pre-surgical screening evaluations for deep brain stimulator and spinal cord stimulator implantation, as well as complex spinal surgery. Schedule and Details: Start Date: January 25, 2024, with orientation on January 25 and 26. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Part-time options available if full-time is not feasible. No weekend or on-call requirements. EMR System: Cerner. Qualifications: PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited program in clinical psychology or clinical neuropsychology. Completion of a two-year postdoctoral residency program in Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology. Minimum of three years of clinical experience post-residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology. Proficiency in the evaluation and treatment of various neurological and cognitive disorders. Experience in interdisciplinary team environments. Ability to perform pre-surgical screening evaluations.
