The Head of Digital Marketing will lead Neuberger’s digital marketing strategy and web presence owning the corporate website ecosystem, email marketing program, UX/UI standards, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and growth marketing tactics that drive measurable engagement across all digital properties. External Digital Touchpoint Cohesion: Ensure all external client-facing digital touchpoints beyond the website — microsites, landing pages, digital publications, client portal interfaces, and interactive tools — are cohesive in brand expression, UX standards, and technical quality through periodic ecosystem audits. Qualifications 10 years of progressive digital marketing and website management experience with minimum 5 years in financial services, digital marketing — asset management, wealth management, or capital markets preferred. 4 years managing digital marketing teams. Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
