Serve as a primary operational point of contact for learners, faculty, and program leadership regarding program requirements, schedules, and processes. Interpret accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g., ACGME, LCME, ACCME, institutional policies) and apply them to daily program operations. Maintain continuous accreditation readiness through ongoing monitoring, documentation management, and process improvement. Prepare and manage materials for accreditation reviews, internal reviews, audits, and site visits. Advise program leadership on documentation standards, timelines, and operational compliance requirements. Coordinate recruitment processes as applicable, including application workflows, interview scheduling, communications, and event logistics. Manage learner onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with credentialing, HR, IT, and other institutional partners. Oversee evaluation and assessment processes, ensuring timely completion, accurate tracking, and appropriate documentation. Collaborate closely with program directors, faculty, other coordinators, and Department of Medical Education leadership. Provide cross-coverage across educational programs as part of a shared departmental portfolio model, requiring independent prioritization and coordination to ensure continuity of operations. Contribute to departmental initiatives, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement of medical education operations.
