JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES The incumbent performs a variety of supervisory/management tasks involved in supervising work efforts of personnel assigned to a shop or work unit. In addition, leads the scheduling section staff in planning, organizing and facilitating the activities of range scheduling for training and testing operations conducted on the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR). Coordinates and de-conflicts all requested airspace, ground space, and resources at the NTTR in order to effectively and efficiently meet stated flying requirement. Lead meetings and provide briefings to NTTR scheduling stakeholders pertaining to up-to-date and relevant scheduling issues and information. Maximize long and short range scheduling processes to effectively and efficiently meet stated flying requirements. Prioritize complex tasks while working in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly deadlines. Attends and participates in weekly, monthly, and other scheduling, planning, and project meetings as required. Prepares post meeting notes and or presentations as required. 6. Supervises the performance of work performed by employees assigned to the shop or work unit. Sets employee work schedules and accounts for time worked by section employees. Explains or interprets company policy to subordinates. Evaluates and documents employee performance. Makes recommendations on wage actions. Interviews and makes related hiring recommendations on prospective employees when unit vacancies occur. Contributes to the development of operations/expense budgets for the group and controls costs and resources accordingly. Provides POC with company technical employees, managers and customer representatives. Performs other related supervisory tasks and duties as directed. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The incumbent must possess a base of knowledge sufficient to oversee the performance of technically diverse tasks assigned to the Shop. This knowledge and these skills may be obtained by graduation from a two to four-year technical institute or college, or possess equivalent formal technical training or military equivalent and 5 or more years' experience in a directly related technical working environment, including two or more years as a supervisor. Additional requirements for a Section Supervisor II include: Interpersonal skills sufficient to interface with and effectively direct subordinates. In-depth working knowledge of the technical concepts, principles and requirements associated with the work unit. Practical knowledge of company policies, procedures and practices sufficient to perform as an effective supervisor. Skilled and proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to understand and manipulate large spreadsheets quickly and effectively. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security clearance, in addition to SAP indoctrination. SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $117,00 annually. Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $17.45 JOB SUMMARY Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices in order to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues and to put rooms needing maintenance out of order. Coordinate and schedule with other departments in the event of major system shut down or major repair or improvement. Maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders upon payment, ensuring that orders match packing slips. Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.
