Senior Sales Executive (Fort Lauderdale)

About Screen Graphics For over 50 years, Screen Graphics has been the trusted branding partner to some of the most recognizable fleets in North America. Through screen and digital print manufacturing, we produce fleet graphics, safety decals, and printed metal signage for the transportation, sanitation, propane, construction, and OEM industries. We have served as the national graphics supplier to Fortune 500 accounts for more than 30 years, including customers operating fleets of 40,000 vehicles. We win by protecting our customers’ brand standards with precision, consistency, and true partnership — design, asset assessment, installation coordination, and easy-to-install printed graphics delivered on time. Our culture runs on one commitment: our customers love us so much that they never leave. The Opportunity Are you a results-driven sales professional with a documented track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth? Do you thrive in a competitive environment where your ability to open doors and close large, complex deals is what moves the needle? We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to hunt, win, and grow major fleet accounts. This is a individual contributor role — you own your book, your pipeline, and your number. You will not be managing a team; you will be doing the highest-value selling in the company, targeting organizations with 25 or more vehicles and pursuing the national, multi-site accounts that define our next stage of growth. If you are ready to take a proven playbook into an industry where relationships compound for decades, we want to talk to you. Who we are looking for The right person brings five things to the table: HUNTER. A high performer with an uncanny ability to smell out opportunity, find new prospects, and build relationships from a cold start. You do not wait for leads. CONSULTANT. A top sales professional who becomes genuinely fluent in the customer’s world — their fleet, their brand standards, their compliance pressures — so you can offer the right solution, not just a quote. INFLUENCER. You help customers make the right business decisions by persuading collaboratively and helping them see the financial and non-financial impact of those decisions on their organization. EDUCATOR. You learn perpetually and treat nearly every sales situation as an opportunity to teach and add value. FACILITATOR. Top salespeople do not just make promises — they execute. You are a strategic orchestrator who makes sure Screen Graphics delivers on every commitment and every result the customer expects. Your Day to Day Develop deep working knowledge of our products, capabilities, and production process, and stay current on industry trends, materials, technology, and competitor offerings. Generate your own pipeline through daily prospecting — cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, referrals, and networking — and convert warm leads into opportunities. Research and identify high-potential fleet accounts, map the buying committee, and open doors at the decision-maker level. Build and grow a pipeline sufficient to meet and exceed quarterly targets set by executive management. Lead client and prospect meetings, presentations, and plant tours — in person and virtually. Understand each client’s needs and partner with design, estimating, and production to develop custom proposals that align with their brand and operational objectives. Own pricing strategy and contract negotiations through to signature, in partnership with sales leadership. Establish new accounts and expand existing ones by maintaining a disciplined daily call schedule and deepening relationships across the customer organization. Log all sales activity and report on activity, productivity, and forecast to senior management through company-approved systems. Participate in weekly forecast meetings and contribute to sales strategy — bringing market intelligence back into the business. Resolve customer issues by investigating root causes, driving timely solutions, and communicating feedback to senior management. Represent Screen Graphics at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions. Work constructively in a cross-functional team environment, and perform other duties as assigned by your manager. What you Bring 7–10 years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor, with a documented record of quota attainment — be prepared to speak to specific numbers. Proven success selling into large accounts with six- and seven-figure annual value, and experience carrying a high-volume transactional book alongside strategic accounts. A successful track record of negotiating with skilled, resistant, or procurement-driven buying groups. Experience with data-driven sales methodologies and consistent CRM discipline — a genuine willingness to log every activity. Working knowledge of the printing, graphics, fleet, or industrial manufacturing space strongly preferred. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at every level, from shop floor to C-suite. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort with CRM and database systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed to win and service accounts. Clear professional English; bilingual a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. How Success is Measured New revenue generated and quota attainment against your assigned target. New customers landed, with emphasis on large multi-site fleet accounts. Pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and activity consistency. Growth and retention within your existing book — our customers do not leave, and yours should not either. What we Offer Competitive salary with commission and benefits package, including healthcare, and Paid Time Off. Comprehensive training in product knowledge. A supportive and inclusive work environment. Paid training and continuous learning opportunities. Flexible work hours and the possibility of remote work.
