Responsible for assisting the Supervisor with duties in the assigned production area while ensuring that job tasks, assignments, and rotations are followed. Key Responsibilities •Follows direction of Production Supervisor to assign and instruct personnel of daily production duties. •Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns. •Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisor regarding any issues or problems that may arise during daily production. •Helps coordinate daily set-up of equipment to ensure the line is prepared to run on time. •Complete required checks and measurements, record accurately. •Assist in training and developing staff to ensure a quality product. •Assist with new hire ergonomic evaluations and performance evaluations. •Position is required to work before department start time in order to assist with area set-ups. •Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours. •Flexible to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. CNC Machinist IV

Position Summary The CNC Machinist IV produces machined parts by operating, setting upand programming computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Subject MatterExpert within the specialism of CNC Machinist (eg Lead in Training, Programming etc). The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuousimprovement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities Operate, set up and program CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and in accordance with machine programs and engineering drawings Propose new production set ups and change offsets/tooling in machines as part of the new setup Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and different metals where very close to relances must be maintained Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications Troubleshoot and solve CNC programs and processes Improve and produce work instructions Redesign fixtures to increase quality standards and productivity Subject Matter Expert within field (eg.
