Valid driver’s license. EPA Section 608 Certification (required for handling refrigerants) Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Working knowledge of boiler systems. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. Ability to work in confined spaces. Education and Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a similar environment. Experience: Must have experience in maintenance, repairs and replacement Must have experience with HVAC, Refrigeration and Low temp; Commercial single phase and 3 phase units up to minimum of 20 tons Preferred : Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Tech focusing on residential and Commercial. Basic computer skills. Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
