The BMT program has conducted investigator-initiated CAR T-cell trials and participated in industry and cooperative group cell therapy trials. Our institution was one of the first to join the pivotal trial leading to FDA approval of Kymriah and has a faculty member on that study steering committee. The program has a budding laboratory footprint in the area of cellular therapy for cancer, as well. Research endeavors will receive support from the Children’s Mercy Research Institute (CMRI). Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team at Quantum Pain and Orthopedic. As an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with spinal disorders and injuries. Responsibilities: Perform surgical procedures to correct spinal disorders, deformities, and injuries Evaluate patients' medical history, physical condition, and diagnostic test results to determine appropriate treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients such as Interventional Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Extremity and Spine Surgeons Surgical assist guaranteed Support staff available including NP/PAs, MAs, and scribe team We are an outpatient clinic with ambulatory surgical centers nearby No call Schedules High volume of referrals per month Travels as necessary to other facilities in San Antonio and Austin locations .
