Paralegal – Insurance Defense (Dayton or Cincinnati, OH)Young & Alexander Co., L.P.A. – Established insurance defense firm $55,000 – $70,000 base salary | Full-time or Part-time considered | Hybrid or remote work possibility | Immediate start We are a profitable, stable, partner-owned insurance defense firm with offices in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking two experienced paralegals to join our team -one in our Dayton, OH, office, and one in our Cincinnati, OH, office. This role offers the possibility of hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. You will: Collect, review, and summarize medical records for defense cases Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Manage discovery tasks, including requests, responses, and e-discovery Perform other standard paralegal duties, such as research support, trial preparation, and client correspondence Work closely with attorneys on high-volume litigation files (premises liability, auto/trucking, subrogation, coverage) Work closely with clients We need: 3–5 years of paralegal experience (Ohio preferred) Strong skills in medical records analysis and discovery management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Paralegal certificate or degree preferred Compensation & Benefits: $55,000 – $70,000 base salary, based on experience Bonus structure Full health, dental, disability, and life insurance 401(k) with 5% match Paid time off and holidays Hybrid or remote work possibility after onboarding Professional development support Why Join Us?
