Description Summary: The Net Revenue Analyst I is responsible for reporting complete and accurate net revenue numbers in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for the respective region, consisting of three hospitals. Accordingly, the position is responsible for determining the contractual, bad debt and charity reserve estimates during month-end close through utilization of the Crowe Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool. While this position will require training, strong analytical skills area required. The Regional Net Revenue Analyst will be responsible for assisting with analyzing reports and researching variances to explain deviations from trend and/or budget. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for preparing the month end journal entries that impact net revenue as well as completing the related reconciliations. This position will report to the Net Revenue Manager. Description Summary: The Emergency Department Technician requires the skills and knowledge of many areas such as: ED Tech, Patient Registrar, Unit Clerk, and Monitor Tech. The Emergency Department Tech performs a variety of RN delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. He/she assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with training, competence and skill. He/she is knowledgeable of and follows all hospital policies and procedures. Consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, adequately stocked and safe patient environment. Innovative equipment and procedures are utilized, including an Outpatient Imaging Center, orthopedic and surgical services, rehabilitation, a renovated birthing center, including 24/7 neonatal coverage, emergency care, wound care/hyperbaric center, 3D mammography, and comprehensive heart care, from diagnostics to open-heart surgery. Summary: Provides continual surveillance of electronic monitors for one or more patients in a centralized telemetry monitoring station, with the ability to recognize normal and abnormal rhythms. Documents changes in rhythm and reports these changes timely and according to established protocol. Requires thorough knowledge of arrhythmia recognition.
