Job Responsibilities and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental requirements and state regulations. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and the care team to offer personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing practices such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure a superior patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating the patient’s condition upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Carrying out procedures, monitoring, and other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record. Administering prescribed medications, monitoring patient responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions. Delivering outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, anticipating their needs, and addressing them proactively. Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms. Qualifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within one year of starting employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of starting employment. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
