Participates in department and organization improvement projects, equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE : Has demonstrated ability to deliver competent, appropriate care and coordination of a care plan that is approved by attending physicians. We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence.
