Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year A bit about us: A high-growth healthcare services organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial reporting function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit management, and internal controls while supporting a rapidly scaling multi-entity business. Direct partnership with executive leadership and CFO Opportunity to influence strategy within a rapidly growing healthcare organization High-impact role with visibility across the entire business Exposure to complex healthcare reimbursement and specialty pharmacy operations Strong culture focused on growth, innovation, and improving patient outcomes Ability to help build the financial infrastructure supporting future expansion Job Details Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple business units and entities Prepare and oversee accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting Manage all technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, inventory accounting, leases, and intercompany activity Oversee accounting for healthcare revenue streams, reimbursement processes, and related financial operations Partner with leadership on ERP implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements Own the relationship with external auditors and coordinate annual audits Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial controls Support banking, lender, tax, and compliance activities Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team Serve as a strategic finance partner to operations, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and executive leadership What We're Looking For CPA designation required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 8 years of progressive accounting leadership experience Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting environments Experience managing external audits and financial statement preparation Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred, including pharmacy, infusion, healthcare services, revenue cycle, or related sectors ERP implementation or major system conversion experience preferred Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities Interested in hearing more?
