About the Position The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader driving multiple complex construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities include: Project Planning & Execution: Lead all aspects of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to CD Hall’s quality standards. Contract & Financial Management: Oversee subcontract negotiations, contracts, and compliance; maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure profitability. Cost & Schedule Control: Build and maintain project schedules; proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight: Negotiate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders; build strong relationships to support ongoing and future work. Change Order & Billing Management: Track and communicate change orders; prepare and submit monthly billings. Procurement & Business Support: Drive strategic procurement initiatives and value-engineering efforts to reduce project costs. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships with clients, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
