JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Plan, design, write, edit, and proofread documents such as external customer correspondence, contract deliverables, and training manuals, and internal documentation such as proposals, correspondence, and contract requirements. Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Advise program management teams and external customers on proper procedures and requirements for document publication, including detailed knowledge of customer specifications, documentation guidelines, and publication standards. Edit reports, publications, and manuals to ensure clarity, consistency of format, and accuracy of grammar, spelling, and technical content. Collaborate with engineers and technical professionals to write, edit, and publish a wide range of customer deliverables, including training manuals, concepts of operations, and contractual documents. Interface directly with external customers to provide documentation, editing, and publication support. Manage quality control, production, and distribution of documents in accordance with customer requirements, schedules, and delivery timelines. Utilize appropriate software tools for document creation and production, including Microsoft Office applications. Research and implement effective electronic documentation methods to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality output and rapid turnaround times. Establish and maintain electronic and/or hard-copy document libraries and work-order files for all materials received and processed. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational and program objectives. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, image and text editing tools, and SharePoint; typing speed of at least 45 words per minute; experience with AI-based computer tools. Knowledge of technical or engineering terminology is helpful but not required. Maintenance Tech II

Job Summary Under minimal supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed. Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line. Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis. Mentor all maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skillsets and knowledge of equipment. Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand. Perform facility/building project work as assigned. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs. Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions. Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.
