A busy pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine practice in Florida is looking to hire a pediatric pulmonologists to work in its Florida locations (Ocala, Leesburg and Daytona). The positions are ideal for pediatric pulmonologists who loves clinical practice and want to work in a non-affiliated private pediatric pulmonary entity, The practice is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic for this position. The emphasis is on an individual with a desire to work mainly in the outpatient clinical setting. The company maintains a full service large pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine practice with over 60,000 patient appointments a year. The practice currently has 12 pediatric Pulmonologists and 9 nurse practitioners. The practice has providers certified in pulmonary medicine and in sleep medicine both by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics in addition to providers certified in behavioral sleep medicine. Not all the pulmonologists are certified in Sleep Medicine, and it is not a prerequisite for the job. The company provides full pulmonary function testing including impulse oscillometry at all its locations as well as sleep studies, allergy testing and management of the high-risk preterm patients.
