Land Development Manager

As a Land Development Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible to effectively and efficiently coordinate the development of company-owned property to achieve business plans and financial objectives. Will create and manage land development budgets, monitor work and actively track invoices, need to understand all components of the land development processes and timing/sequencing of all phases of those processes. Project Engineer II

PC is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing Seacoast Special Projects Group and contribute to the success of our self-perform team. The right candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction management, along with three years of experience in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project and/or the administrative activities, with self-perform experience. This individual will work closely with the owner, design, and construction team throughout the project lifecycle, and ideally will be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with expertise in architectural, civil, structural, and other commercial construction aspects, and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes of work. The individual in this position will be required to travel between our Manchester, NH, and Portland, ME offices and project sites. Prepare agenda, take notes, and disseminate subcontractor coordination meeting minutes. Read and review the project's owner's contract. Generate and process RFIs. Prepare change orders to the owner's contract in CMiC. Develop and maintain the contract document logs (design drawings, specifications, ASI, etc.). Update and distribute documents such as design drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, potential change items, change orders, schedules, etc. Generate a submittal log at the onset of the project. Review submittals for compliance and compatibility. Expedite submittals as needed to ensure that construction activities aren't delayed. Perform duties timely so as not to delay field activities. Keep progress up-to-date in the project schedule. Modify the schedule as required to reflect changes to the owner's contract. BTR Land Planning and Development Manager

As a Build-To-Rent ("BTR") Land Planning and Development Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be expected to understand all components of the land acquisition, land planning and land development processes. Primarily, the BTR LPDM will be responsible for managing the planning, engineering and on-site development of all BTR projects. The BTR LPDM will work closely with the BTR Land Acquisition and Entitlements Manager to understand the land pipeline and coordinate project hand-offs. The BTR LPDM will be responsible for managing the strategic execution of the land pipeline once the projects have been approved. The BTR LPDM will manage consultant teams to secure property entitlements as well as obtain agency approvals on all site plans and civil improvement plans for these higher-density multi-family style developments. Sr. Purchasing Agent

As a Senior Purchasing Agent working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for entering into negotiations with suppliers by reviewing terms and conditions, establishing pricing, contract formulation, and any supplier management conditions affecting the division. New Construction Estimator

As an Estimator working for Taylor Morrison you will manage Material Takeoffs and Systems Setup. We do many of our takeoffs in-house, so it is crucial that our takeoffs are accurate to keep production running seamlessly. We utilize PlanSwift software to produce material lists and takeoffs. This position will work directly with the team of Purchasing Agents to ensure accurate PO’s are generated for standard production builds as well as Custom Options.
