MEP Project Manager II

SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a MEP Project Manager II responsible for providing overall direction and leadership on MEP dominant projects or MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects, managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service. Carpenter Lead

SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Carpenter II Lead that will be responsible for structural concrete construction in compliance with local building codes and general construction principals. Mortenson is currently seeking a Cement Mason Journeyman that will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures, using appropriate tools (i.e., hand or power tools, floats, trowels, screeds). The Project Engineer will review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager, Self-Perform in our Data Center Solutions Group to support the planning, coordination, and execution of self-perform scopes from preconstruction through project completion. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Field Leadership, and craft teams to drive productivity, cost performance, and quality of self-perform work. You will play a key role in aligning estimating, operations, and field execution while leading and mentoring project team members. This tier-2 support role will serve as a subject matter expert for crane contract processes, risk management coordination, and workflow execution. This position focuses on enabling project and operating group teams through consistent, accurate, and timely contract administration and workflow support.
