Production Operator Highlights The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (alternating schedule). Responsibilities Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, inspecting, and utility operations under general supervision. Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , and ISO9000 standards. Ensure product quality through in-process checks, documentation accuracy, and review. Conduct rework and requalification activities as needed. Collaborate with mechanical technicians and cell leads to meet production and quality targets. Perform or assist with equipment changeovers, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Keep work areas, machinery, and floors clean, safe, and organized. Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately. Complete SAP and MES transactions, and maintain documentation for production metrics (PPH, scrap/waste, etc.). Report equipment or process issues promptly to the Cell Lead. Participate actively in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives such as Kaizens, KAS, and Blitz events. Work effectively in a team environment and ensure clear communication between shifts. Support business needs by working overtime as necessary to meet production schedules. Follow standard operating procedures and company safety policies at all times. Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
