Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and backgrounds. \n Deliver ongoing evaluations and treatment planning, integrating biopsychosocial data collected from clients, families, and relevant stakeholders. \n Formulate and implement therapeutic interventions, adapting methodologies to reflect the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of clients. \n Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current standards in mental health practices and evidence-based methodologies. \n Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards. \n Support clients through various therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily be serving a diverse array of clients, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
