Qualifications\n \n A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State. \n A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. \n Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic strengths. \n A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships. \n Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment. \n Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a clinical outpatient setting is highly desirable. \n Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology is beneficial. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
