PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). Key Responsibilities : · Diagnose and repair VFDs and associated electronic components at the component level · Troubleshoot and test AC/DC drives, power modules, IGBT transistors, control boards, and communication interfaces · Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and functional testing on drives · Utilize diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, insulation testers, and drive-specific software · Load, back up, restore drive parameters, and perform firmware updates as required · Document repair activities, parts used, test results, and final outcomes in internal systems Qualifications : · Associate degree, technical diploma, or military training in electronics or electrical engineering technology (or equivalent hands-on experience) · Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing VFDs or power electronic systems · Strong component-level troubleshooting skills for control and power circuits · Proficiency in soldering and board rework, including replacement of IGBTs, diodes, and capacitors · Experience using drive-specific diagnostic software and performing parameter programming · Familiarity with industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, and communication networks) preferred · Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, safety awareness, and documentation skill

Qualifications: • Valid Class A CDL required.
