Social Media & Content Coordinator Role Summary: The Social Media & Content coordinator is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social content that strengthens the firm's employer brand, attracts top talent, and enhances candidate and client visibility. This role contributes to social strategy, identifies new opportunities, and monitors competitor activity to keep our content relevant and differentiated. This role will collaborate closely Sales and Talent Acquisition to showcase open roles, company culture, industry insights, and success stories across social platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of how social media supports both recruiting and business development goals. Responsibilities: Manage and execute the company's social media presence across all platforms. Create engaging content including employee spotlights, client wins, hiring campaigns, office culture highlights, and industry insights. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with hiring needs, campaigns, and business priorities. Write compelling captions, scripts, email templates, and short-form copy aligned with the company's brand voice. Support paid social campaigns when needed (boosted posts, job ads, etc.) Track and report on social media performance, sharing insights and recommendations based on trends and learnings. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform content and strategy. Ensure all content aligns with the company's mission, values, and brand standards. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional branding (required for staffing/recruiting). Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Success Factors: Highly organized and deadline-driven. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with ability to adapt strategy based on performance. Compensation: Base Salary: Typically ranges from $50,000 to $60,000.
