Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems. \n Providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n Utilizing treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate emotional healing and personal growth. \n Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and interventions. \n Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care for clients. \n Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that promote coping skills and resilience among clients. \n Performing crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning. \n Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural identities.
