Description: Our client in Hempstead is seeking a bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level role and gain hands on office experience in a not for profit setting. Position is on Monday-Friday on site in Hempstead. Provide receptionist duties Enter new client information Use CES database to track clients upon arrival through completion of visit Schedules all new clients for orientation in coordination with operations staff Prepare list of clients who fail to report for assessments Perform photocopying, faxing, filing and typing of program documents; distributes correspondence and reports. Assist with outreach, coordinating and planning special projects i.e., informational breakfasts and luncheons.
