Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' individual needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in one-on-one sessions, guiding patients toward recovery and improved mental health. \n Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups tailored to address common issues like anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, fostering a sense of community and belonging among participants. \n Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care. \n Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with coping strategies and immediate support during mental health emergencies. \n Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys. \n Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. \n Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development through training and workshops. \n Stay informed on the latest advancements and research in mental health therapy to continually enhance your practice and the services we offer. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, which enriches the therapeutic experience and fosters a more inclusive environment.
