Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify and understand each patient’s unique needs and circumstances, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans. \n Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth. \n Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community engagement and provide psychoeducation on common mental health issues. \n Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care that addresses both physical and mental health needs. \n Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies. \n Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available resources in the community to ensure they have full support. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards. \n Actively engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions relevant to mental health therapy. \n Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health treatment modalities to enhance practice effectiveness. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. You will play a crucial part in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery.
