Key Responsibilities\n \n Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, incorporating thorough examinations and evaluations into each treatment plan. \n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, focusing on fostering mental health and emotional well-being. \n Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of the client's health are attended to. \n Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. \n Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay refreshed on current mental health research and best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage primarily with adult populations, but you may also provide services to children and adolescents as needed. This diverse client base requires a nuanced understanding of various mental health issues and effective strategies to tailor treatment appropriately. Your work will significantly contribute to client recovery journeys, creating a positive impact on their lives and that of their families. Qualifications\n \n Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada. \n A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical or outpatient context. \n Demonstrated competence in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma therapy is highly desirable. \n Experience in administering teletherapy successfully, adapting techniques for virtual settings, which is crucial for our hybrid service delivery model. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
