Project Manager- Highrise Apartment
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of high-rise apartment construction projects in Miami, from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and delivering complex multifamily projects safely and on time. Client Details Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong footprint in South Florida, specializing in high-rise multifamily developments. They are known for delivering large-scale, architecturally complex apartment towers and maintaining long-term relationships with developers and ownership groups. Description Manage high-rise apartment projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination Work closely with Superintendents to ensure site execution aligns with project goals Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and local authorities Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and Miami-Dade building requirements Profile Proven experience managing high-rise apartment or condominium projects Strong background working for a General Contractor on ground-up multifamily construction Excellent understanding of structural concrete, MEP coordination, and vertical construction sequencing Proficient in construction management software (Procore experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment Job Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus structure Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) Opportunity to work on landmark high-rise projects in Miami Long-term career growth with a stable and respected General Contractor MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
