Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. Interpreting and maintain working knowledge of consumer compliance rules and regulations and their impact on products, services, and operations. Reviewing and researching regulatory releases and data and attending compliance professional development opportunities. Performing routine compliance reviews as defined by the Compliance Management Program. Assisting in conducting risk assessments of banking laws and regulations in support of a risk-focused compliance monitoring and testing framework.
