Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for: \n \n Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs and developing targeted, client-centered treatment plans. \n Administering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n Collaborating with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure integrated, holistic care for your clients. \n Guiding clients through complex life transitions and addressing systemic stressors that may inhibit their mental health and well-being. \n Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans through our streamlined Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. \n Participating in peer consultation groups, continuing education opportunities, and clinical trainings to enhance your professional practice. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse array of clients who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational problems, and chronic stress. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate will possess: \n \n An active LCSW license in California.
