Head of Sales (San Francisco)

Why Socure? Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day. We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading. About The Role Socure is seeking a proven Head of Sales to lead our next phase of growth and scale as we drive toward $1B ARR by 2028 . This executive will own end‑to‑end revenue performance, spanning new logo acquisition, expansion within our existing customer base, and development of scalable, partner‑led motions across our core verticals. Reporting to the President and Chief Commercial Officer , the Head of Sales will lead a ~100‑person commercial organization including Heads of Business Lines, 12 vertical Pod Leaders, front‑line sales leaders, and field sellers. This leader will be accountable for building a durable, data‑driven revenue engine, with a tight partnership with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Solution Consulting. The ideal candidate has led large, complex sales organizations at enterprise scale through rapid growth, with a track record of high‑ACV, multi‑stakeholder sales, disciplined forecasting, and talent development. They are fluent in AI‑enabled go‑to‑market models and understand how to use data, tooling, and agentic workflows to increase productivity, improve forecast accuracy, and consistently beat plan. What You'll Do Own the company revenue number and multi‑year growth trajectory, building the strategy and operating model to reach $1B ARR by 2028 through both new logo acquisition and account expansion. Lead 10 Pod Leaders across vertical business channels (each $3M–$60M ARR, at varying maturity), ensuring clear strategy, accountability, and execution rigor in every pod. Build, develop, and retain leadership talent across a ~100‑person commercial organization, including Heads of Business Lines, regional leaders, and front‑line managers; set a high bar for performance, coaching, and succession. Drive alignment of all revenue‑generating functions (Sales, Account Management, Channel/Alliances) around a unified go‑to‑market plan, quota design, and coverage model. Partner closely with the President & CCO and executive peers in Marketing, Enablement, Solution Consulting, Product, and Finance to define and execute Socure’s commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and market entry plans. Collaborate with Revenue Operations, ensuring rigorous pipeline management, forecasting discipline, territory and quota design, and data‑driven insights into performance, productivity, and funnel health. Establish and enforce a consistent sales methodology for complex, high‑ACV enterprise deals, including multi‑threading, value engineering, and C‑suite engagement across key verticals. Scale partner and channel strategies to extend Socure’s reach efficiently, including system integrators, strategic alliances, and embedded/agentic AI partners that help bring Socure into customer workflows. Embed AI and automation into the commercial engine, using tools and agentic workflows to improve rep productivity, pipeline inspection, forecasting accuracy, and renewal/expansion motions. Monitor revenue KPIs and leading indicators (pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle, expansion rates, churn, ASP/ACV) and adjust strategy, resourcing, and execution plans to ensure sustainable growth. Drive operating cadence and accountability, including QBRs, forecast calls, deal reviews, and board‑level reporting on revenue performance and outlook. Represent Socure externally with strategic customers, partners, and at industry events as a senior executive sponsor and voice of the commercial organization. What You Bring 10 years in senior, diversified sales leadership roles, including leading leaders at enterprise scale; experience as CRO, EVP/SVP of Sales, or equivalent strongly preferred. Demonstrated success running a 100 person commercial organization across multiple verticals or segments with complex go‑to‑market motions. Deep experience with high‑ACV enterprise sales (typical deal sizes $500K–$1M), multi‑year contracts, and multi‑stakeholder decision processes. Well versed in leading multiple channels, diverse product lines and revenue streams with differing structure and delivery models. Proven forecasting discipline and operational rigor, with a track record of delivering accurate projections and holding teams accountable to pipeline quality and conversion. Clear, repeatable methodology for selecting, developing, and scaling sales leadership teams, including front‑line managers and vertical leaders. Evidence of accelerating growth through both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or risk/fraud/identity domains. Fluency in AI tools and data‑driven GTM execution, including practical use of AI/ML or agentic copilots to drive sales productivity, forecasting, territory planning, and account strategy. Strong technical and operational experience with Salesforce and modern commercial tech stacks (Revenue Operations platforms, sales engagement, forecasting/BI, and enablement tools). Proven track record of growing revenue through new products, marketing, branding, and partnerships, not just sales headcount. Meaningful general management and full fluency in P&L ownership experience, comfortable balancing growth, efficiency, and unit economics as well as building the model to predict business outcomes. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, but not required with commensurate experience and results. Inspirational, hands‑on leadership style with a clear bias for action, high accountability, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Managing Director (Oxford)

The Managing Director (MD) is the front-line owner of the client relationship and the growth engine of Addicus Consulting Group. Unlike a traditional director who oversees delivery from behind the scenes, the MD is personally in front of the client — landing new business, setting the strategic course of each engagement, and owning the outcome when something goes wrong. The MD sells the work and drives the team to deliver it, turning first-phase engagements into long-term, expanding relationships built on trust. This is a seat defined by ownership. The MD carries the P&L for their book of clients, travels to become each client’s confidant and trusted advisor, and is ultimately accountable for the quality of the work product their team produces. Standing up the MD model also takes institutional knowledge off any single person’s desk: the MD builds and develops the Relationship Managers beneath them so expertise, and the client relationship itself, can scale. The Results This Seat Owns What You Will Own: Client Relationship & Trust Relationship Ownership — own each client relationship endtoend and become the person the client calls first when something matters. Client Presence & Travel — travel to see clients in person; being in front of the client is core to the job, not an occasional exception. Strategic CourseSetting — set the strategy, cadence, timelines, and deliverables of every engagement, aligned to the client’s actual objectives. Issue Ownership — when something is not right, own it personally with the client and drive the resolution rather than escalating it away. New Business & Growth Landing New Clients — bring in and land new clients; run prospect meetings and sales trips and convert Phase I engagements into full relationships. Reselling & Expansion — resell and expand work when a client gets nervous or an outside advisor gets in the way; continually surface new opportunities within each client’s wealth enterprise. Pipeline Partnership — work with Business Development to keep a qualified pipeline moving and to assign the Relationship Manager for the final sales meeting. Revenue Ownership — own the P&L for your book; drive revenue and retention and forecast performance with firm leadership. Engagement Leadership & Handoff Scope Definition — define the scope of work and hand it to Business Development for drafting; provide direction during prekickoff prep. Kickoff & Direction — attend the kickoff call and set the initial timeline and strategy; meet with the RM to revise and approve the plan, including whether outside resources are needed. WorkProduct Accountability — remain ultimately accountable for the success and quality of the work product; review final deliverables for alignment to client goals. Building the Bench — grow and develop Relationship Managers so the model scales beyond any one person — teach the next person so expertise no longer runs through a single individual. What We Are Looking For: Required 10 years in tax, accounting, finance, law, or a closely related advisory discipline serving high and ultrahighnetworth (H/UHNW) clients and families Proven success owning senior client relationships and personally driving new business and revenue growth Deep command of tax and financial strategy — trusts and estates, passthrough entities (subchapter K), entity structuring, and wealth planning — with the judgment to guide complex client situations Executive presence and relational fluency; able to serve as a client’s trusted advisor and to close and expand work Willingness and ability to travel to clients regularly Leadership experience building and driving teams (Relationship Managers, Analysts, Coordinators) to deliver highquality work on time Excellent communication and presentation skills; can present solutions and translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance High integrity and strict discretion when handling sensitive client and firm information Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Preferred CPA, JD, LL.M. (Tax), MST/MTax, MBA, CFA, or comparable advanced credential; postgraduate degree with a tax focus Active, relevant industry credential Securities and/or insurance licenses Experience with advanced planning structures (GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, charitable strategies, closely held business restructuring) Background supporting transactions — buy/sellside, liquidity events, restructuring — and translating tax impacts into financial outcomes Familiarity with eMoney, WealthTec, or MoneyGuide and the Microsoft 365 / Dynamics suite J-18808-Ljbffr
