Act as the single point of contact for customer health, owning overall account strategy, legal & billing discussions, and increasing overall customer usage of the HelpShift platform and services. Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly pipeline opportunity reporting and progress towards quarterly revenue goals. Receive & respond to customer RFI / RFPs.
