The Role The Associate General Counsel (AGC) is a senior member of the Solera Legal team responsible for providing creative, practical, and business‑oriented legal counsel across a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters. Contract Operations & Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop junior legal team members, including attorneys, contract administrators, and paralegals. Collaborate with Sales Operations and business stakeholders to improve contract turnaround times while maintaining strong controls. Litigation & Dispute Management Oversee all phases of litigation and pre‑litigation matters, including commercial disputes, customer claims, and vendor issues.
