ChildNet Youth and Family Services, Inc. is currently seeking a contract Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, 16-24 hours/week onsite (in-person), to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication support and management to children and adolescent clients within our Behavioral Health Services Program located in Riverside, CA. The Psychiatrist promotes a strengths-based approach to treatment that empowers families, supports a community-based philosophy of service, and ensures that all clinical services are aligned with the agency’s mission and values. Within agency guidelines and professional standards, the Psychiatrist functions independently and works directly with the Inland Empire Regional Director and Quality Assurance Administrator. This is a contracted position (16-24 hours per week onsite, in-person) for a board-certified child psychiatrist, specializing in child & adolescent psychiatry. The position will be responsible for receiving referrals for evaluation from therapists. The psychiatrist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders, provide follow-up, psychosocial education, and support to clients and their families, review case histories, and maintain clinical materials in accordance with Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Behavioral Health requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Conduct psychiatric evaluations (psychosocial history, psychiatric symptoms, medical history, medication history, diagnosis) to assess and create a plan to treat a wide range of difficulties presented by children and adolescents. Conduct patient appointments for established clients on a regular basis. Foster therapeutic connections with your clients as well as communicate and build relationships with their caregivers. Prescribe psychotropic medication, as needed. Provide medication management, follow-up, and psychiatric education regarding medication and possible side effects. Work closely as part of the treatment team with the therapist, case manager, and others, both inside and outside of the agency, including families and collaterals. Understand and comply with Agency policies and procedures, HIPAA regulations, RUHS policies and documentation guidelines, and other state & federal regulations related to quality assurance. Complete and submit clinical documentation within a 24-hour time frame utilizing the agency’s electronic health record system (Exym). Demonstrate medical/clinical leadership skills, a complete working knowledge of psychopharmacology, and experience in mental health service delivery to a broad-based individual and multi-cultural, diverse, patient population. Provide coverage for absent psychiatrists.

What You'll Be Doing The Customer Care Representative (CCR) works under the direct supervision of the Team Leader and is responsible for providing a timely and professional service in response to a wide variety of inquiries including Over the Air customers and concerns by using available resources to our US retail customers and dealers. The CCR will learn and execute the complete call handling process, meet expected customer service levels, support business performance goals of the program by providing a full range customer service experience, and answer regular customer inquiries and concerns via telephone. During a Typical Day, You'll • • Promptly processes and answers/resolves customer inquiries, concerns or technical questions, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority, speed, and accuracy to ensure service level metrics are achieved and excellent service is provided. • Communicate professional, grammatically correct verbal and written responses to customer inquiries and concerns; educate the customer on client products and services. • Understand use of technology, scripts, and product knowledge. AWA) tools according to guidelines. • Recommends changes to departmental policies and procedures to improve support services provided to the customer, keeping the Team Leader informed of any issues as they arise. • Attend team meetings, pep sessions, focus groups, and training sessions as scheduled. • Provides recommendations to Team Leader regarding the resolution of recurring problems. Assists in formulation of problem-solving techniques for newly discovered issues. • Maintain exceptional product knowledge as it relates to technical support.
