Role Title: Functional Tester (Integrated Eligibility Tester, State project work experience) Location : Mechanicsburg PA/Onsite Fulltime Only Required Skills Candidates must have at least 3 years of end-to-end software testing experience to include writing and executing test scenarios in addition to analyzing and clearly documenting programming defects (software bugs) that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. 1. Must have experience testing Health and Human Services (HHS) systems, with a focus on Integrated Eligibility (IE) rules testing of various public assistance programs including Cash (TANF), Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Food Benefits (SNAP), and Child Care. 2. Proficiency with testing techniques – Must understand the various approaches used in testing, including white-box, black-box, coverage, and regression. 3. Demonstrated experience testing batches, interfaces (including flat files and SOAP UI), reports, security roles (including coarse-grain and fine-grain), and data conversion. 4. Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, writing and updating test cases, and executing functional and regression test scenarios for web-based applications. 5. Ability to independently write and modify SQL queries of moderate complexity to validate database results. 6. Experience testing Web-based replacement of legacy systems. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 9. Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize effectively to ensure work delivery according to project timelines. 10. Ability to coordinate across teams to gather information, present findings, and resolve issues. 11. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 12. Ability to deliver under pressure. 13. A willingness to live and work in central Pennsylvania. Preferred Skills 1. Test automation experience. 2. Product Engineer

Payrate: $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Summary: Test engineer, this worker will need to understand how to use lab equipment and analyze data. This person will work with a cross-functional design team, particularly in power electronics to determine testing requirements and OEM products. This person will perform, with some assistance, test procedures, motor characterization, battery testing tests and reports. Will perform tasks with one-on-one supervision to meet quality, delivery and cost goals. This position requires technical judgment, teamwork and independent thinking to solve problems and complete assigned projects. SMT Engineer

SMT Technician The SMT Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of SMT equipment on the production line, following company processes and procedures. They perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment. The SMT technician plays a key role in maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring production quality. Located near DFW airport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain SMT equipment. Perform regular maintenance on SMT equipment (e.g., loaders, printers, SPI, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI machines). Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Maintain and calibrate feeders for placement machines. Conduct pre-operational checks after maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly. Create, update, and implement simple to complex SMT equipment programs. Document job and process information in accordance with company processes. Instruct and assist operators on the floor. Inspects components, boards, and processes to ensure conformance to quality standards. Perform hand solder touch up, thru-hole solder, and hand-assembly of components and devices on SMT printed circuit boards Work with others to develop best practices and highest quality printed circuit processing methods. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications in SMT or electronics preferred. 3 years electronics manufacturing experience with demonstrated knowledge of SMT placement, soldering, thru-hole soldering, hand assembly, and repair. Strong knowledge of SMT Pick N Place and X-Ray equipment. Ability to set up, program, calibrate, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various SMT equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Job Requirements: Working Hours: M-F, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All SMT employees must become IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 certified (Company-provided training/testing) Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance.
