Programmer III
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. We develop and maintain realistic integrated test and training environments, and prepare our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Programmer III will be responsible for development support to expand and improve capabilities associated with the organization's critical operations. In this role, the developer will design, develop, and implement innovative Power Platform solutions that streamline and automate key processes within the Wing. Collaborate with end-users across different units to gather and analyze requirements for Power Platform solutions, including but not limited to PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate. Design and develop user-friendly and efficient Power Platform solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, including but not limited to SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL. Utilize Power Automate to create automated workflows and optimize business processes. Write clean, well-documented code, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. Deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions, ensuring they are accessible and function optimally for end-users. Develop comprehensive training materials and provide user support to facilitate the adoption and effective use of new applications. Stay up to date on the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to Secret. The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain DoD IAM Level II certification (CompTIA Security) certification within 180 days of date hired. To complete each of these tasks, the candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming; or equivalent technical training from an accredited academic institution, completion of a recognized certification program, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills, knowledge, and technical competence in computer programming. Possess six years of additional related experience. Must have demonstrated proficiency with required computer languages and have a good understanding of computer systems including networks, servers, and personal computer. In addition, a Programmer III must possess the following qualifications: Must possess planning and organizing skills and be able to work under deadlines Must possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to permit interaction with other employees as well as taking work direction from senior Programmers or Supervisors The candidate must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance Must be a U.S. citizen. SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $86,000 to $110,240 annually. Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay.
