Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble small components using manual techniques and simple fixtures Perform basic operations such as cutting, positioning, bonding, or securing parts Operate or assist with semi-automated equipment (training provided) Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection methods Identify and separate defective or nonconforming materials Complete assigned production quantities according to work orders Record production counts and maintain accurate documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow work instructions and quality standards Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to learn new processes and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Skills & Abilities Basic mechanical aptitude Familiarity with simple hand tools Basic computer or data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Working Conditions & Physical Demands Manufacturing or production environment Frequent use of hands for handling small components Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Occasional walking and light lifting (up to 25–30 lbs) Close visual attention required for inspection tasks Exposure to standard production equipment and moderate noise levels
