QUALITY INSPECTOR Dynomax is growing and expanding! We are seeking a Quality Inspector with a keen eye for detail and hands-on manufacturing experience. Scope of the Quality Inspector role: This position requires employees to inspect or test finished materials to ensure conformance to specifications following a variety of metal finishing processes. The position will require the employee to use precision measuring instruments, test equipment, and to record inspection results appropriately. * Inspect and measure materials to verify conformance to a work instruction, customer specification, or drawing. * Notify supervisors and personnel responsible about products or materials not meeting specifications in accordance to standard operating procedures. * Record inspection data and mark items with details on acceptance or rejection status and follow procedures for non-conforming product. * Notify supervisors or other personnel about production problems. * Appropriately package and prepare parts for the next operation required at Dynomax or outside processing. * Use XRF for plated components to determine plating thickness.
