Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Carpenter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks to maintain and enhance the park's facilities and structures. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on park facilities, including buildings, rides, and attractions. Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
