Knowledge of state and federal laws and legal requirements. Skilled in developing and presenting psychoeducational materials and in making group presentations preferred. Treat patients who are non-adherent with PAP treatment utilizing desensitization therapy due to anxiety or other disorders that can affect PAP compliance. Manage patients with circadian rhythm disorders. Train Sleep Medicine Fellows in behavioral treatments for sleep disorders in the clinic setting. Provide lectures to Sleep Medicine Fellows on various sleep disorder topics. To be able to get involved in clinical research activities as needed by the sleep medicine division.
