What You Bring J.D. from an accredited institution with outstanding academic credentials. Admission to a State Bar within the United States. Minimum 5–7 years of experience working for a top‑tier law firm; in‑house experience is a plus. Demonstrated legal expertise in M&A, securities law and corporate governance. Extensive experience managing complex M&A transactions, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
