Experience with each of the following: Clinical work in a specialized integrated movement disorders clinic. Performing the following procedures: cranial and limb injections of botulinum toxin for dystonia; deep brain stimulation programming on Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic platforms; and performing alpha-synuclein skin biopsies. Assessing movement disorder patient eligibility for clinical trial participation. Ordering and interpreting genetic testing for rare forms of movement disorder. Urgent Care Physician

The Urgent Care APP (NP or PA) is responsible for the provision of health care services to individuals, families, and/or groups who receive their care under the auspices of Sentara Medical Group (SMG).
