The location can be in the Washington DC area, Palm Bay, FL, Millersville, MD or Providence, RI. The new hire will reinforce, establish and grow customer relationships, identify and shape pursuits, assist with developing capture strategy, and provide effective internal and external communications regarding pursuits. The successful candidate will have subject matter expertise in undersea and acoustics systems capabilities and products, with comprehensive operational and/or technical knowledge. The position will require in-depth knowledge of business development, including working knowledge and experience with the Shipley Capture management process. This position will support the Acoustics and Imaging Systems Division of the Maritime Sector, leading multiple growth campaigns, specifically to protect and expand upon current and future maritime undersea-based franchises. Additionally, this candidate will communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches, and implement operational plans and strategies that have measurable impact on the business or functional outcomes. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $146-$271K.
