The Maintenance Electrician will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. PRIMARY DUTIES: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts. Install, maintain, and repair high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all work performed. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure optimal operation of all equipment. Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a commercial or industrial electrician is required. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications. Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards is essential. Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately. Experience with power tools and general maintenance practices is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Job Description ABM Industries is seeking a Test Technician II to join our Electrical Power Services team. This position performs inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning activities on electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, utility, and mission-critical environments. The Test Technician II is expected to perform routine testing and maintenance activities with limited supervision while supporting project execution, safety compliance, documentation, and customer service objectives.
