Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Location: Onsite listed in the posting Weekly Scheduled Hours: M -Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and every 3rd Saturday out of the South Location SUMMARY Provides supervision and support to the tellers to ensure that the staff provides maximum customer service in a professional manner. Monitor and train the transactional processing staff in supporting all bank marketing efforts and cross-sell products. Responsible for ensuring compliance of all policies and procedures affecting the day-to-day operations. Perform related duties as required to assist in achieving banking center goals. Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions in a retail environment, which include the duties and responsibilities described herein. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational efficiency • Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within the established limits following bank policy. • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently and using sound judgment when providing approvals and overrides to safeguard against fraud and errors. • Stay informed on operational updates and communicate critical policy, procedure, and compliance changes or alerts to the team. • Manage access controls by ensuring proper dual control where applicable, and uphold secure handling of keys, combinations, and sensitive assets in accordance with bank procedures. • Mitigate the bank's risk as outlined in the Compliance and risk management section below including assisting with cash audits and ensuring accurate record retention. Compliance and risk management • Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics. • Lead the Operational Performance of the banking center through maintaining control over key risk areas of the center, including tellers' difference, operational losses, and audit control procedures, resolution of out-of-balance conditions, compliance, and quarterly and annual audit functions. • Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed during open hours and at banking center opening and closing. • Control the inventory of cash, Official Checks and Personal Money Orders through dual control. Client experience • Lead the Client Experience efforts of the banking center, including delivering excellent client experiences consistently and promptly resolve client issues effectively. • Ensure an excellent overall client experience by assisting clients with select service needs. • Responsible for ensuring proper control and maximum efficiency in transactional processing. Provide transactional processing support in order to keep client wait times to a minimum. • Enhance individual knowledge to better serve clients by attending relevant sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning. Sales and service • Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships. • Explain product benefits, changes, restrictions, requirements, and any other relevant product information to clients, prospects, and associates. Team management • Maintain workflow and handle scheduling the associates supporting financial transactions. • Observe, coach, and lead the transactional processing team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively. • Assist in evaluating employee performance and counseling when needed. • Assist in determining and satisfying training needs and establish performance plans. • Conduct meetings to develop a communication line to explain and institute new policies and to ensure continuous development of staff. • Assist in conducting meetings to promote sales, product knowledge and client service Perform all other job related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicable loss mitigation deadlines for returning documentation required to decision a borrower's mortgage loan application for a workout/modification program. The status of any loss mitigation application that the borrower has submitted. Actions the borrower must take to appeal the modification denial, when applicable. The circumstances under which the borrower may be referred to foreclosure. Assist borrower with making payments (negotiates/facilitates sense of urgency) when monies are owed, up to and including asking for delinquent payments, taking check by phone payments, and setting up payment arrangements (including follow-up on loan repayment agreements). Assistance/guidance to borrowers with the completion of any/all documents in the workout package, when applicable. Other duties as assigned. Assists with ongoing clinical research trials pertinent to the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Records, monitors, and assesses hemodynamic data collected during catheterizations. Responsible for primary and secondary hemostasis during and after procedure. Operates and ensures the quality control of hemodynamic recording devices, fluoroscopy and cine-angiographic x-ray equipment, oxygen consumption equipment, and blood analysis equipment. Exhibits extensive knowledge of all related equipment within the catheterization laboratory. Assists with the training and orientation of students, techs, cardiology fellows, and cardiac catheterization technologists new to the department. Preparation of arterial lines. Performs appropriate billing for services rendered or equipment used as related to cardiac catheterization. Collection and analysis of arterial and venous blood samples including specimens sent to laboratory, blood gases, and saturations. Participates in Joint Commission-mandated educational programs. Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary Supervises the exercise and pharmacologic stress testing in the exercise labs at primary location and outreaches, including assessing the cardiovascular and metabolic effects of exercise on healthy, cardiac, or high-risk outpatients and inpatients, as well as, the determination of appropriate test and test termination. Implements and supervises the physical exercise program of patients in the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program at assigned location. Job Duties Schedules patients for entry into cardiac rehabilitation program. Assists with the orientation, development of individualized goals and plan of care of new patients. This includes the calculation of exercise prescription and home exercise programs based on stress test results to provide medically stable activities to each individual patient. Supervises patients during outpatient exercise sessions, monitoring patients for inappropriate responses to exercises. Provides individualized and group patient education in areas of expertise. Performs warm-up, cool down exercises with patients. Determines patient suitability for testing based on medical history, chart review, and resting EKG. Contacts assigned cardiologist or patient’s referring provider regarding more suitable tests. Explains test procedures to patients and answers any questions. Decides when to terminate testing or exercise session based on exercise lab guidelines. Provides preliminary report for resting and exercise EKGs, blood pressure response, symptoms, and arrhythmias. Contacts the appropriate personnel as necessary for seriously abnormal test results. Consults with the exercise lab medical director or designate for clinical questions, as needed. Initiates emergency procedures as necessary in accordance with the exercise lab and cardiac rehab policies. Coordinates with the area programs to enroll patients into a Cardiac Rehab program.
