Oversee all aspects of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) projects, including initial project proposals, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. 2. Conduct comprehensive surveying and drawing activities to accurately map the subsurface utilities. 3. Utilize vacuum excavation techniques such as potholing and daylighting for safe and precise excavation processes. 4. Manage the installation and maintenance of utilities including water lines, sewer lines, and substations. 5.
