Operations & Maintenance Project Manager

The Work: As an Operations & Maintenance Project Manager , you will oversee performance-based facility operations contracts supporting mission critical environments. This role focuses on contract compliance, preventive and corrective maintenance execution, plant operations oversight, subcontractor management, and long-term asset performance. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in mission-critical and secure environments. You work closely with internal engineering and operations staff, subcontractors, design partners, and Government or commercial clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and in accordance with contract requirements.
