We are rebuilding Tennis Channel’s digital experience from the ground up — mobile apps, TV apps, content management, analytics, monitoring, and eventually live and VOD video delivery. AWS will be our core cloud platform. We’re looking for an experienced Senior AWS Platform / DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operate the backbone of our new streaming platform. You will own our AWS environment end-to-end: infrastructure, automation, observability, and security. As our first DevOps hire, you’ll work directly with the Head of Engineering (ex-Amazon, ex-Prime Video) and a small, senior development team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set up environments, implement automation, enforce security best practices, and establish standards that future engineers will follow. Deliver product dashboards with QuickSight or equivalent. Video Delivery Extend infrastructure into AWS Media Services (MediaLive, MediaPackage, MediaConvert, MediaTailor) for live and VOD streaming. Support secure, global video delivery through CloudFront and related services. Credentialing and Managed Care Specialist - 10 hrs/wk.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The purpose of this position is to perform credentialing and enrollment activities with governmental payers, commercial and managed care payers and networks for BVHS facilities, entities and employed or contracted physicians. Coordinates communication with internal and external parties on credentialing process, to support the timely, accurate and complete credentialing, re-credentialing and enrollment of all BVHS facilities, entities and employed/contracted physicians and midlevel providers in governmental and payer plans and networks. Coordinates submission of service line applications for payer 'centers of excellence' or other certification programs. Maintains credentialing and enrollment databases for each provider and for use by patient revenue cycle for billing. Performs administrative support functions for managed care patient centered medical home, including management of network participation files, medical home enrollment files, provider files and preparation of payment reports.
