Role Title: Functional Tester (Integrated Eligibility Tester, State project work experience) Location : Mechanicsburg PA/Onsite Fulltime Only Required Skills Candidates must have at least 3 years of end-to-end software testing experience to include writing and executing test scenarios in addition to analyzing and clearly documenting programming defects (software bugs) that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. 1. Must have experience testing Health and Human Services (HHS) systems, with a focus on Integrated Eligibility (IE) rules testing of various public assistance programs including Cash (TANF), Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Food Benefits (SNAP), and Child Care. 2.
