Job Details We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic FP&A leader who can turn data into decisions and help guide a high-growth SaaS business. This role blends modeling depth, business partnership, and executive visibility - ideal for someone ready to operate as a true finance partner, not just a reporter of numbers. What You’ll Own Lead FP&A across revenue, operating expenses, and headcount planning Build and maintain driver-based forecasting and financial models that guide real business decisions Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting in Adaptive (Workday) Develop Tableau dashboards that give leaders real-time KPI visibility Deliver monthly, quarterly, and executive/Board-level reporting Partner with leaders across R&D, Sales, and Marketing to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities Support go-to-market strategy with insights on pricing, CAC, payback, customer health, and ROI Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, and forecast cycles Apply financial rigor to resource allocation, efficiency, and growth trade-offs Mentor analysts and help elevate the team’s modeling and analytical standards What We’re Looking For 7 years in FP&A or strategic finance Experience in a public SaaS or software company — you understand SaaS metrics and operating cadence Advanced driver-based modeling and ownership of decision-grade financial models Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, variance analysis, and OpEx modeling Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, payback, LTV/CLTV, churn) Comfortable working in public company reporting cycles and executive-facing environments Proven business partnership with Sales, Marketing, and R&D Experience mentoring analysts or leading planning processes Thrives in a remote, self-directed environment (East Coast hours) Systems Experience You’ve worked across the finance tech stack, including tools like: Adaptive (Workday), NetSuite, Salesforce, Dayforce/Ceridian, Tableau, Snowflake (or similar platforms) Nice to Have Experience implementing or improving Adaptive (Workday) Automation and data workflow skills (PowerQuery, ETL, reporting automation) Strong data cleanup and validation experience Track record of improving forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency Within your first year, you’ll have: Strengthened forecasting models used by executives to steer the business Improved cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and R&D Elevated reporting and planning processes to deliver clearer, faster insights Helped leadership prioritize high-ROI initiatives and reallocate spend effectively Interested in hearing more?
